This tab isn't 100% accurate, but it is the best available. Definitely use this version of Fsus4 rather than the full barre the tab suggests, and then resolve it to this version of the F chord.
(Note that the question marks in this tab are not a special type of chord - they appear because the tabber didn't know how to notate the chords). The fingerpicking in this one is too difficult for early beginner guitarists, so just try strumming slowly, using all downstrums. Depending on the chord, you may need to play it four times, twice, or just once, so use your ears to guide you.
