Comments about Taylor 210E Tone:

The brightest sound on the market. After playing a Fender for so many years it sounded almost too bright and loud, but after a week or so my ears adapted to what is the best sound I have ever heard from any guitar. Everyone who hears it is very impressed. I played everything in the high dollar room and was willing to spend whatever would please me and nothing touched the Taylors in tonal quality. I was shocked! I went to the store with a pocket full of green to treat my self to whatever I wanted. I had Martin specifically on my mind but after about two hours of comparing there really is no comparison; Taylor smokes Marin hands down. Because I do not think more expensive is better, I spent another hour comparing the Taylors and found that they all sound great. For the price and sound nothing could beat the value of the Taylor 210E.

Comments about Taylor 210E Quality:

I have beat mine mercilessly and it just keeps getting better. I wasn't sure I would like the Elexir Nanoweb strings but they have been amazing. They truly do last five times or more longer than any other strings without coatings. Other strings may have a slighty stronger tone for about 2 hours of playing time, but to me having strings that will last for weeks of constant playing and practicing (which i never did until i owned this Taylor; i can't put it down!) is worth it. My only complaint is about the pickup. My guitar is plugged straight into our sound system through a passive direct box and I have to turn the volume way, way up on the slide to even get my guitar registering but once it is high enough it sounds great.

Taylor 210E Overall Rating:

9/10

Taylor 210E Pros:

Can't beat the value, no way, no way, no way! I have not dealt with Taylor's customer service because the shop I bought it from gives lifetime service. I have only owned about 5 or six guitars and this one makes them all look like toys for kids. My friend who has played a Martin D-28 for a while is blown away by my guitar and is dead set on getting a Martin from here on out. His cost a 1,000 dollars more than mine and can't touch it.

Taylor 210E Cons:

Just the pickup taking so much volume to pickup! Hey, nothing is perfect, but in this life Taylor guitars are pretty close.
