The brightest sound on the market. After playing a Fender for so many years it sounded almost too bright and loud, but after a week or so my ears adapted to what is the best sound I have ever heard from any guitar. Everyone who hears it is very impressed. I played everything in the high dollar room and was willing to spend whatever would please me and nothing touched the Taylors in tonal quality. I was shocked! I went to the store with a pocket full of green to treat my self to whatever I wanted. I had Martin specifically on my mind but after about two hours of comparing there really is no comparison; Taylor smokes Marin hands down. Because I do not think more expensive is better, I spent another hour comparing the Taylors and found that they all sound great. For the price and sound nothing could beat the value of the Taylor 210E.Taylor 210E Quality Rating:

I have beat mine mercilessly and it just keeps getting better. I wasn't sure I would like the Elexir Nanoweb strings but they have been amazing. They truly do last five times or more longer than any other strings without coatings. Other strings may have a slighty stronger tone for about 2 hours of playing time, but to me having strings that will last for weeks of constant playing and practicing (which i never did until i owned this Taylor; i can't put it down!) is worth it. My only complaint is about the pickup. My guitar is plugged straight into our sound system through a passive direct box and I have to turn the volume way, way up on the slide to even get my guitar registering but once it is high enough it sounds great.Taylor 210E Overall Rating:

Can't beat the value, no way, no way, no way! I have not dealt with Taylor's customer service because the shop I bought it from gives lifetime service. I have only owned about 5 or six guitars and this one makes them all look like toys for kids. My friend who has played a Martin D-28 for a while is blown away by my guitar and is dead set on getting a Martin from here on out. His cost a 1,000 dollars more than mine and can't touch it.Taylor 210E Cons:
Just the pickup taking so much volume to pickup! Hey, nothing is perfect, but in this life Taylor guitars are pretty close.Submitted by: Jeff
