The guitar has really nice tone. Its very ballanced and deep. The only problem I have with the tone is your strings need to be changed quite often to keep it bright. It would get a 10 rating with new broken in strings.Tacoma JK50Ce4 Quality Rating:

The guitar is built beautifully. Very solid and nice to look at. The finish has developed a few bubbles on the binding, and around the tuners on the headstock. This is supposedly a common problem with certain tacoma models built during certain years.Tacoma JK50Ce4 Overall Rating:
8/10Tacoma JK50Ce4 Pros:
This guitar is great looking, and plays very nice. The tone is fantastic and very unique. Sounds excellent plugged in, and even better unplugged in an acoustic friendly environment. I love the guitar, by far the favorite in my collection.Tacoma JK50Ce4 Cons:
Finish bubbles though small bother me. Like I said the tone dies quicker then my other guitars as the strings get older. (This could also be because of my acid hands and playing style). The guitar is very sensative to environment, humidity, temp etc... really effect the tone of this guitar. But if you want an all solid acoustic this is what you have to deal with, most are like this.Submitted by: Bill G
