using a 8080 valvestate marshall, sounds relly great on clean chanel, also on both distortion. same using a boss foot wah. the sounds it's hi quality on neck pick, bridge and both, very very versatile, from deep dark to screaming bright

excellent wood -mahogany- alder top, no problems on set up, hardware (grover tunners are excellent) fine finish -gold flake- looks as a gold top 61

Epiphone Les Paul Classic Pros:

price/quality ratio, im own a gibson les paul standard 1980 and always always love the gold top 1961, but never can buy one, this is a very close guitar. There's very few differences between my gibson and the Epi, but the last one cost less (a great difference)
