Very loud guitar. It has decent bass, but fantastic midrange and treble notes. Sounds great for a sub $500 guitar.

The action on my guitar was a little high, which is expected for a factory asian guitar. It was not, however, overly hard to play right out of the carboard box it came in. Finish and fit are perfect.
