Comments:
It sounds terrible thru the Peavey Rage amp that I got with the starter package. But it sounded great (not Fender great) thru my instructors Fender amp.

Comments:
Translucent finish is nice and it seems to be very durable. Frets a bit rough on ends. It could used a professional fret dress.
Overall:
Pros:
It's not a bad starter guitar and inexpensive. Nice to learn setup & maintenance without worry of wrecking a nice piece. It's a pretty sharp looking guitar.
Cons:
Pickups are weak and fret board and action will require some extra setup and finishing. Buy something a little better if you can afford it, or consider used.
