Description:
Acoustic. martin dreadnaught, rosewood back, sides and fretboar; spruce top.
Tone:
Comments:
brite and lively tone with a great amount of ring and volume
Quality:
Comments:
no flaws that i have been able to determine; excellent quality and craftsmanship; setup was done by professional at music store and done right!
Overall:
Pros:
for the money this is one heck of a buy; i wish i had known about it sooner; i have played martins for 23 years but this is truely a quality instrument for a great price.
Cons:
some people might consider the natural tone of the unglossed top and sides to be a minus; it's not as shiny as my other flat-tops; however, i consider it to be a beautiful guitar.

Tone:
Comments:
Exceptionally bright tone balanced with crisp, but deep base.
Quality:
Comments:
After a short period, I am already concerned about the durability of the instrument, specifically with how easy the spruce top is scratched up. Call me vain, but a guitar that sounds as good as this does should look the part.Aside from this point the instrument is pure quality.
Overall:
Pros:
Great guitar for the money - - compares with higher end Martins and similar quality guitars in both sound and craftsmanship.
Cons:
I play aggressively sometimes and that finish will be a continued source of worry.
