Description of Fender Stratocaster USA: Natural finish, built in 1998, has 3 Fender stock single coil pickups. They buzz heaps, but you get used to that. Body made of ash, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. It's got deluxe gotoh tuners, they go out of tune when you do heaps of bends and trem work, but i think that's just mine. Shouldn't affect all Fender Strats. Has a 2-point tremolo, you can really beat the crap out of that, but it puts the strings badly out of tune.

Comments about Fender Stratocaster USA: Bright tone, great for any type of music really. People say that Fender don't make good metal guitars. Well my guitar beats the hell out of a lot of Jacksons and Ibanez. It's nice and bright and has the best tone i've heard out of any guitar. Easily.

Comments about Fender Stratocaster USA: Everythings great on this guitar. It's impossible to accidentally put a scratch on it. You could probably scratch it if you dropped it off a building...but that's not going to happen. Pickups were a little low, bridge is very durable, great sustain despite the Fender bolt on neck. If it wasn't for the dodgy tuners it'd get a 10.
Overall Opinions of Fender Stratocaster USA:
Pros: Great guitar. Great if you're a blues guitarist especially. Great clean and distorted tone. Nice and bright, and constant whatever you play it through. Makes any pedal sound great.
Cons: Goes OUT OF TUNE ALL THE TIME!!! If you're a metal guitarist, i'd be looking more at a Gibson or an ESP, coz these are a pain to keep tuning (especially on stage).
