Comments about Fender American Deluxe Fat Strat HSS: After a ten year hiatus I bought this Fat Strat new to get back into playing guitar. Man, this baby knocks my socks off. The single coils sound bright and clean, as advertised, and the humbucker has a nice, full sound. I am playing through a Line 6 Flextone II and the range of sounds is just amazing.

Comments about Fender American Deluxe Fat Strat HSS: Overall, the finish and craftsmenship is a ten. However, I did notice a small amount of the finish peeling on the edge of the fretboard. Very small detail but a point off nonetheless
Overall Opinions of Fender American Deluxe Fat Strat HSS:
Pros: This is a beautifully crafted guitar in the Aged Cherry Burst finish. It feels very solid and everthing works the way it should. The sound is joy to my ears and I hope play this guitar for many years to come.
Cons: If I was in the states I could have found a better price but I live in Switzerland, so I paid a premium for this guitar.
