Comments about Daion 80:
No flaws. Have had the guitar for 22 years. Did require initial set up.
Overall Opinions of Daion 80:
Pros:
For a mid-priced low end acoustic, it is a great guitar. Have had no problems or complaints.
Cons:
Came with a ""soft"" hard shell case. I replaced that with a real 'hard shell' case.

Description of :
This is some guitar. Bought from a world-wanderer on his way back to UK. Odd mahogany-looking body, oval sound hole, brass nut and bridge. Rich, deep mellow sound with great sustain. Has a high action but that's OK cos I use it for slide. If you see one, grab it! Sad that this Co went into demise.

Pros:
A real find for slide playing. Came to my notice from an ad in FRETS mag circa 81 when Asleep at the Wheel endorsed them.
Cons:
none for the price Suspect they are getting rare
