Comments about Alverez Yairi CY118 Jacaranda Classic:
Cedar top classical sound, warm, good projection, a little soft in the upper registers- but good lows and mids. sounds very much like older instument

Comments about Alverez Yairi CY118 Jacaranda Classic:
Fit and finish are very good. Frets could have been smoothed more. Wood matching is first rate, hardware-good.
Overall Opinions of Alverez Yairi CY118 Jacaranda Classic:
Pros:
Excellent value for the bucks. even 10 yrs. ago a classical instument this good
could easily run $1500 range. The Japanese keep building better instuments
for less- think Honda Accord.
Cons:
Because its not a Ramerez, resale will not be as great. But if buying to play
on a regular basis, check out the CY line before spending$2000 or more for the Spanish import...
