Folk Music at About - 25 Cool Guitar Songs
Folk music guide Hugh Blumenfeld highlights 25 great folk songs, and provides the guitar tablature for each. Some featured artists: Joan Baez, Harry Chapin, Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot, and more.
Gates of Infinity
This site is basically an OLGA archive, but it looks as though other tabs have been submitted as well. Click 'Guitar Tabs' under 'Main Menu' in the left frame to access the archive.
Greg's Midi and Tab
A nice concept on this site; you can listen to a midi file of the guitar tab you're looking at, to make it easier to understand, or to play along with.
Guitar Solo Tablature
From the World Guitar site, a collection of classic guitar solos, written out in tab. Includes audio clips to help with the learning process.
Guitar Tab Universe
A very large guitar and bass tablature archive, covering a broad assortment of musical styles. It is unclear how much of the tabs here have been taken from OLGA.
Hoser's Guitarchive
This page has a rather large assortment of pop-rock and country tablature, which appear to have been created by the webmaster. A rather pronounced background may make printing awkward.
Howard's Guitar Tablature
The webmaster has personally, and accurately transcribed quite a few songs here, with a focus on "older" artists like The Beatles, Nick Drake, Steely Dan, Frank Zappa, and more.
Jars of Christian Guitar Tabs
Very large archive (approx. 3000) of assorted styles of Christian music for the guitar. Site also includes bass tab, horn parts, and more.
Map Rock Tabs
Very promising looking new site which has already compiled a rather large tab archive. Most of the tabs are of newer rock tunes.
Max's Guitar Tabs
Great site! Max has transcribed a bunch of great tunes himself, many of which are classic rock, but also including blues, classical, and other transcriptions. Recommended!
Mr. C's Guitar Tablature
A very nice page featuring tabs created by the webmaster, of rock songs you might not find elsewhere on the web. A cool feature is a recording of each of the riffs tabbed out.
MxTabs.net
Some good tabs here - the layout might just take you a while to get used to. Your best bet is to use the A to Z index at the top of the page to find the band you're looking for.
