Dealing With Finger Stretches Lesson

Tim writes:
I have a question about "Is There Anybody Out There?" by Pink Floyd. I'm having trouble with the evolving Aminor chord, when you need to play the fourth fret on the third string. With my pinky on there, I can't seem to reach the other required frets. Is there any tips you have to help me out?
In order to help Tim out, I threw together a quick little lesson which should not only help people play this song, but to learn how to avoid this problem in the future.
See lesson, and get Pink Floyd tab.
