Strange Album Cover: The Great Kat's 'Beethoven Shreds'

I get a fair number of promotional CDs sent to me, but this one caught my eye - The Great Kat's "Beethoven Shreds." If you've heard The Great Kat before, you know what to expect - classical music performed in a metal style at blinding speeds. What really struck me was the CD cover - it's about the most bizarre I've seen in a long time.
