For all you singer-songwriters out there... here's a suggestion for a great not-so-well-known cover... The Zombies' "The Way I Feel Inside". This would be a great way to show off your vocal prowess (listen to "The Way I Feel Inside" at YouTube). I'm not permitted to tell you (or link to) the guitar chords, but if you study this YouTube video of a guy covering the song on acoustic guitar you may be able to pick them up yourself.
For those of you who aren't familiar with The Zombies, I *really* highly recommend Odessey and Oracle.

I would like to thank Dan Cross for his free guitar lessons. I am a 67 year “old” man and had always dreamed of learning the guitar but because of my age that would not be possible. Thanks to Dan’s free on line lessons I am living that dream and coming along very well!
